New Harmony Society, at Old Economy Village

The Harmony Society used clamps to make furniture. Initially, they made clamps for their own use (not for sale), but later bought them from established companies. The museum inventory includes six from Sandusky (relatively close), and four R. Bliss Mfg Co. These cannot be dated; the time of transition cannot be determined.
